 Since 1946, Bells & Vaughn has been serving the Pasadena area, and surrounding communities, with expert body repair and refinishing, compelling service and a level of excellence unmatched in the industry.

 Our tag line: Quality, Service and Excellence since 1946, isn’t marketing hype.  It’s the core of our belief that by delivering all three to the highest degree will result with a customer that is delighted in the repair of their vehicle.

 To ensure this degree of satisfaction, every vehicle that leaves our premises is backed by an unconditional guarantee on the quality and workmanship of our repairs, body and paint labor, as long as the customer owns their vehicle.

 The key to our success comes from several facets.  Foremost, Bells & Vaughn is family owned and operated, and staffed by individuals with over 60 years of combined experience in the collision repair business.  We are active members of CAA and the Pasadena Chamber of Commerce, as well as holding officers positions in several local car clubs.

 As car aficionados, all of us at Bells & Vaughn unequivocally believe that every vehicle that enters our facility should be treated as though it is a Maybach or any other high-end vehicle, no matter the marque that’s attached to the grille.

 Finally, we treat all of our customers, adjusters and appraisers as we would like to be treated.  That why we’ve added plush surroundings and complimentary drinks for our customers, and installed dedicated work areas with ergonomic work stations and high speed access for adjusters and appraisers.
